Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Within Australia We ship exclusively within Australia using Australia Post. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location. Remote areas may experience longer delivery times.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your parcel at auspost.com.au using this tracking number.
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with Australia Post to resolve the issue. Please save all packaging materials if your order arrives damaged.
Care of Bridal Veils Our veils are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Upon arrival, we recommend gently removing your veil from the packaging and allowing any creases to naturally fall out or using a steamer on the lowest setting.
