We accept returns on unused, unworn veils within 7 days of delivery. Veils must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Due to hygiene and the delicate nature of bridal accessories, worn or altered items cannot be accepted.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resolve the issue promptly. Your satisfaction is very important to us.
